“REFINING AID ( ECOZYME ), a unique product, specially developed as a source of energy conservation for reducing pulping time of waste paper. The formulation is a blend of Enzymes and Fattyalkanolamide meant to improve wetting properties of fibers. It functionalizes to defibrate the waste paper during process of pulping. This results to least effect on cutting. The fiber ultimately values to maximize the yield of waste paper; improves ink detachment / separation and during screening operation sieves out plastic and other foreign material.

“REFINING AID ( ECOZYME ), a product developed for use and application in a simplified process. The product is added in Hydro Pulper with the other ingredients of pulping chemicals. The prescribed dosage is 400 to 500 gram per ton of waste paper, dilution to be in the ratio of 1:5. When added @200 to 300 gm in the refining chest prior to refining, it acts as refining aid and reduces refining load / time.
The product is assured for shelf life of 6 months, to be stored under closed containers in a cool place. Exposure to the direct sunlight should be avoided.
